Jomashop.com sitesinden bir saat sipariş ettim ve kredi kartı ile ödemeyi gerçekleştirdim ama siparişim beklemede gözükmekte Siteye mesaj attığımda bana ödeme işleminin doğrulanamadığını söylediler ayrıca kimlik ve kredi kartımın fotokopisini faxlamamı ya da havale yapmamı istediler. Bankamı aradığımda ödemenin gerçekleştiğini ancak muhasebeleşmediğini söylediler. Hatta provizyon numarasını alıp email ile jomashop.com'a gönderdim. Sorunumu çözmek için nasıl bir yol izlemeliyim? Sizce muhasebeleşme işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra ödemenin yapıldığı anlaşılıp siparişim gönderilebilir mi?
